Annoying Is Half The Battle

from COWARD (5 song ep) EW009 by COWARD

/
  • Record/Vinyl + Digital Album

5 song EP pressed on a one sided 12" record (black vinyl). Limited to 200 copies.

*PLEASE NOTE: This is a Pre-order, we hope to have the records by March 2022 and will start shipping them immediately once they get to us. But because of vinyl delays and how unpredictable the supply chains are right now, there could be further delays. Please be patient. Thank you.

The last 5 songs that Coward recorded. Recorded in Milwaukee, WI at Howl Street Recordings by Shane Hochstetler in 2014, these songs were meant to be the follow up recordings to the Coward LP. They were recorded and mixed and then put on shelf. Time passed, things happened and they were more or less forgotten about and almost lost forever. The original recordings were lost on a dead hard drive, but miraculously we found with the help of Element Studios in Kansas City.

We now present to you "Coward" or (Coward II or the Coward EP). 5 instrumental songs, featuring dual-drummer-filled, keyboard-driven, bass-rattling, guitar-shred-fueled fusion of intricate prog rock and unaffected jazz and soul textures.

about

coward Kansas City, Missouri

Coward's dual-drummer-filled, keyboard-driven, bass-rattling, guitar-shred-fueled fusion of intricate prog rock and unaffected jazz and soul textures makes them just as much an experimental band as it does an un-categorical force to be reckoned with. As such, Coward's live performances—both aggressive and entrancing—will leave you unsure of whether you’re exhilarated or bruised. ... more
